Cline Updates AI SDK and Enhances Session Management

What happened

Cline (VS Code AI agent) has released an update that enhances session management, model handling, and connection reliability. When a session with an ongoing run is started, it now reconnects to the existing session instead of starting a new one, addressing issues with stale transcript data.

The hub now tracks all clients that register a capability for a session, including those joining a task that is already running. It routes requests to the first connected client and fails quickly with a user-friendly message if none are left.

The model catalog has been refreshed, reducing the number of models from 7,041 to 6,457. It adds Liquid Inference, Munito AI, and Munit, and removes CrofAI, iFlow, and Llama.
